Established in 1841 by Thomas Jecks, the Hotel has been extensively renovated by the current management and offers accommodation of quality Motel rooms. Our 1841 casual elegant Georgian restaurant provides the best quality modern Australian comfort food from our award-winning chef, or dine in the best beer garden in Perth. Located within the Hotel, 1841 Bar & Kitchen has richly decorated traditional style furnishings and offers a fine selection of international and Australian cuisine. The Thomas Jecks lounge is also available for special functions, morning teas, lunches or private dinners.  Located in the Hotel's cellar, the Tunnel Bar offers a unique atmosphere. The original convict-built well was used by the Hotel to draw water and brew its own fine ales.  One of the attractions of the Rose & Crown Hotel is the lovely garden and garden bar. The garden offers a pleasant venue for a relaxing dining experience, coffee or drink. The garden is also available for social, staff and business functions.
