Earlsferry House Bed and Breakfast

Earlsferry House offers two Bed and Breakfast rooms in the main house and a self-contained cottage on the grounds. The B&B rooms are beautifully appointed with stunning views of the river or the gardens. The B&B rooms have modern private en-suite facilities. You can enjoy a sumptuous breakfast overlooking the Swan River in either our breakfast room or on our expansive verandahs.

The self contained cottage is set in the gardens of the property with contemporary luxury fittings and fixtures. The cottage offers modern kitchen, bedroom and bathroom facilities.

Earlsferry House is a 5 minute drive from Perth domestic Airport . Earlsferry House is situated on the Guildford Bridge which gives you immediate access to the Swan Valley and all its attractions. A short stroll across Guildford Bridge finds you in historic Guildford amongst great antique shops, coffee shops and restaurants.
